Purpose
To assist schools in the management of the regional events for Creative Generation Fanfare, including festivals and finals, and school group travel to Brisbane for the state final performances.

Current program timing November 2023 to September 2024.
Fanfare is a biennial program held every 2 years.
Eligibility
Queensland state schools with identified and approved Fanfare regional coordinators.
Allocation of funds
Funding may be available to support the running of regional festivals and finals to cover some costs towards:
- venue and music equipment hire
- transportation of instruments (e.g. truck hire)
- program associated administration cost
- printing of program related collateral, forms and documents
- teacher replacement
- adjudicator associated costs
- photocopying of program and performance schedules
- catering for the adjudicator.
Payment will be made to the regional coordinator's base school. The base school principal is required to sign the funding application to approve the use of the school's account to pay for regional festival and final expenses once the allocated budget is transferred to the school.
Travel and associated expenses for schools to attend their relevant regional festival and final must be covered by the school.
A travel subsidy will be available to schools outside the south east corner to attend the state final in Brisbane.

How to apply
Schools do not need to apply for this funding.
Existing regional coordinators are already identified to assist with Fanfare festivals.
Regional coordinators submit a regional coordinator funding application to access funds from the program.
