Opportunity overview
Prize winners of the Premier's Anzac Prize have the opportunity to participate and experience the Anzac tradition with a 16-day tour of Anzac battlefields across Europe following our Anzac soldiers during World War I.
Prize details
- 16-day tour.
- The tour is to Belgium and France where students will be involved in learning about 'Life at the Front' and the history of our Anzacs overseas during WWI.
- Two teacher chaperones will accompany the group for the whole tour
- The prize is open to eight Queensland students.
- Accommodation hotel style, twin share.
- Final itinerary and details will be provided in an information session or workshop which the successful students are required to attend.
- Teacher chaperones will be required to assist with the tour planning and pre-departure sessions.
- Students must have prior parent/guardian consent.
