Purpose
To assist schools with replacing staff that are engaged to develop the booklist guides for schools and students to use when reading for the challenge.

Eligibility
State schools that provide staff to participate in the program.
A maximum of 6 schools are selected through a volunteer process.
Allocation of funds
Schools are eligible for payment equivalent to 4 days at the current Teacher Replacement Scheme rate.

How to apply
Schools can contact the Premier’s Reading Challenge coordinator in early November of each year to express their interest in having their librarian participate.
