Opportunity overview
The Global Learning Program offers Queensland state school teachers a unique opportunity to engage in a project-centred, online professional development experience alongside an international peer.
Participants will collaborate through online conferencing to create a curriculum-aligned resource that addresses a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal and enhances students' global competence. Participants will deliver the resource in their respective classrooms and reflect on their experiences during an end-of-program summit.
Through this program, participants not only build cross-cultural connections and strengthen educational ties between participating countries; they also equip their students with the knowledge, skills and cultural awareness needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
