Allocation of funds

An annual fixed budget of $150,000 is distributed to regional offices and host schools for Statewide Equipment Trial Services.

Allocations are determined by a sliding scale calculated by relative size of student population in each region. Regional offices may distribute funds to a host school or administer the loan scheme regionally.

Equipment includes: Electric change table-junior, Oxford advance hoist, Quickie 2 wheelchair, Rifton activity chair – Medium hi lo base, Quickie Iris Tilt in space wheelchair.
