Allocation of funds
Allocations are based on pre-determined percentages of study tour proceeds. Funds are paid to schools prior to the arrival of study tour groups.
Data requirements
The data is sourced from study tours database (QStar). Allocations are processed on confirmation of receipts.

How to apply
Queensland state schools can express interest to participate in the study tour program directly to EQI. The school accreditation process will consider matters, such as geographical location, accessibility, enrolment capacity and client demand for places. The EQI Study Tours accreditation process is based on compliance with EQI's study tour hosting procedures and policies.
Eligible schools do not need to apply for this funding. Entitlements will be automatically calculated and processed based on study program designs identified by EQI and agreed with the host schools.
Recoupment process
Recoupments of appropriation funds may be undertaken where elements of the study tour program are changed or cancelled.
