The budget has been approved and allocated for the program and includes the costs associated for teachers who participate in the program.
Schools will be invited to participate in a program and/or initiatives relating to virtual learning.
Schools eligible to receive appropriation payments are those which have participated in program activities. Payment amounts will vary according to each initiative.
Depending on the nature of the program, funding may be provided to cover expenses, including, but not limited to:
- Teacher Relief Scheme (TRS) funding
- payment in lieu of a full-time equivalent (FTE) allocation
- travel, accommodation and other associated costs with accessing programs and initiatives
- resources and equipment associated with virtual learning delivery.

Recoupment policy
Funds are paid based on costs incurred by schools to access program activities. Recoupment may be sought where costs are amended as a result of participation in programs and initiatives.
