Purpose
This funding is provided to Queensland Pathways State College (QPSC) to cover the annual amount of funds payable by the Department of Education (DoE) to TAFE Queensland for the delivery of the Alexandra Hills TAFE Senior Studies Program (SSP). The SSP, which operates under a joint delivery partnership agreement between TAFE Queensland and DoE, provides a flexible learning environment for young people to complete Year 11 and 12. The initiative is overseen by the principal of Alexandra Hills State High School.

Allocation of funds
The funds payable by DoE to TAFE Queensland in relation to each school year will be paid in 2 instalments as follows:
- the first instalment will be for 50% of the annual amount of the funds payable for the relevant school year
- the second instalment will be for the remaining 50% of the annual amount of the funds payable for the relevant school year, less any deduction for student numbers below the specified minimum enrolment number as set out in the Agreement Alexandra Hills TAFE Senior Studies Program 2026–2027.
If a deduction is applied, the allocation of funds to QPSC in Semester 2, will be adjusted down to match the actual amount of funds payable to TAFE Queensland.

How to apply
This appropriation is only available to QPSC. No application is required to receive this funding. The funding will continue for the duration of the 2026–2027 joint delivery partnership agreement.
