Duration of program
Ongoing
Eligibility
State schools with eligible staff
Allocation of funds
Schools in receipt of this appropriation will be allocated a fixed amount which contributes to their attendance at i-Educate. Based on geographical location, travel availability and booking timeframes, schools may be required to cover travel costs which exceed the allocated amount.
Schools may also be eligible to receive reimbursements for approved Teacher Relief Scheme (TRS) where teaching staff are involved in presenting and facilitating workshops at i-Educate.
Funding is dependent on the number of allowances offered at i-Educate and the number of teachers who require TRS to cover their attendance for presenting at the event. The total funding is approved by the Assistant Director-General Information and Technologies annually.
