This tool is provided to assist P&Cs with their planning purposes only. The calculations do not constitute Departmental approval to borrow any funds. Applications for borrowings are still subject to assessment and must be officially submitted in accordance with the process outlined here.
Note: The calculations are estimates provided as a guide only and are based purely on the numbers supplied by you. They assume interest rates don't change over the life of the loan and are calculated on the rate that applies for the initial period of the loan.
