If you want to contact someone about what's happening, you can get help from:
If you are being bullied
If you are being bullied, the first key step is to talk to someone—a friend or trusted adult (like a teacher, parent or caregiver).
You can also seek help from Kids Helpline or Headspace.
If someone you know is being bullied
If you feel safe to do so, you might be able to help by:
- telling the bully to
stop

walking away with the other student and finding somewhere safe
- suggesting that you both

If you have been called a bully
If you have been called a bully, you can make sure it doesn't happen again by:

thinking about how you are treating others, how it may make them feel and how you would feel if you were treated that way

being responsible for your actions by admitting what you’ve done, accepting the consequences and learning how to get along better with others.
You may feel upset or be confused about why someone has called you a bully. You may also need others to help you to change things.
