The Principals' Conference was held from Monday 10 to Wednesday 12 October 2022. The conference was a critical event for co-designing the future of education in Queensland state schools.
The 2022 Principals' Conference and business day brought together state school leaders from across Queensland for the first time in almost four years. In a spirit of reunion and reinvigoration, principals met to engage in deep discussions around the systemwide strategic vision and a transformational agenda that captures recent learnings and builds a culture of sustained system improvement.

About the principals' conference
The Principals' Conference is an event, that brings together more than 1,400 Queensland state school principals and senior state education leaders to discuss and plan the future of state schooling in Queensland.
The event enables extensive networking between principals, regional directors, education stakeholders and conference partners. The conference typically features keynote speakers, includes plenary sessions and group discussions.
Considered a major event on the Queensland education calendar, the conference attracts the support of the Premier of Queensland, the Minister for Education and the Director-General, Department of Education.
