For home education registration to remain current, parents submit an annual written report on their child's educational progress along with the
reporting for registration for home education form (DOCX, 77KB).
Prior to the due date of the report, information to assist you with the completion of the report will be provided. Reporting templates and examples are provided to guide and assist with the reporting requirements in the
resources section. It is not mandatory to use the template examples.
The report is able to be submitted online or by email or post.
An invitation containing a unique link to access the online reporting form will be sent via email when a child’s reporting period opens (in the ninth month of your child’s registration). The link will remain valid until the report due by date (the tenth month of the child’s registration).
Note: Submission of the annual report using the unique link is compatible with desktop computers and tablets. Submission of the report using the unique link is not compatible with mobile phones.
The link is unique to each child’s registration and report date and therefore, you will not be able to use the link for another child’s online report submission.
